Whole Grain Waffles
Ingredients
1/3 cup Gluten Free Oat Flour
3/4 cup Brown Rice Flour or Organic Brown Rice Flour
1/3 cup Sorghum Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt
1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 Egg separated
1 1/3 cups Milk
2 Tbsp Canola or Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Blend together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together all liquid ingredients, except the egg white.
Beat egg white until stiff, but not dry, and set aside.
Add all liquid mixture to dry ingredients. Stir and fold in egg white.
