Your baby’s health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile. Ask your doctor which formula is right for your baby. Important Note: Not suitable for premature infants or infants who may have immune problems unless directed or supervised by your baby’s doctor. Preparation Instructions: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the formula. Boil bottles, nipples, caps, spoon and utensils in water (2 minutes to boil). Bring fresh water to boil for 2 minutes. Cool to room temperature before mixing. Pour the desired amount of cold water into the bottle, add powder. Bottle cap and shake well. Use the chart below for the correct amounts of chilled, boiling water and powder. Use a spoon to measure the powder. Store the dry spoon in this box. For making boiled water powder, 60ml bottle, 60ml bottle, 1 x 120ml level spoon, 120ml bottle, 1/2 cup, 2 x 180ml level spoon, 180ml bottle , 3/4 cups, 3 x 240ml level scoops, 240ml bottle, 1 cup.
